Tulsimeershadi is an exclusive, luxury matrimonial platform intended solely for individuals genuinely seeking matrimonial alliances. To register as a member:

• You must be of legal marriageable age as per the laws of India (18 years or above for females, 21 years or above for males).
• You must be legally competent to enter into a marriage under the applicable personal laws or the Special Marriage Act.
• You must not be currently married (unless legally divorced or widowed, with relevant legal documentation).
• You confirm that all personal, educational, professional, and family information provided by you is authentic, accurate, and up to date.

2. Account Security & Verification

We maintain high standards of trust, integrity, and safety:

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
• We reserve the right to request government-issued identity verification (e.g., Aadhaar, Passport, Voter ID) to grant verified member status.
• Accounts found with misleading, false, or impersonated information will be permanently terminated without notice or refund.

3. Code of Conduct & Etiquette

All members are expected to conduct themselves with utmost dignity, respect, and discretion:

• Do not use the platform for commercial solicitation, dating, casual encounters, or harassment.
• Do not transmit obscene, defamatory, inappropriate, or unlawful communications to other members.
• Respect member privacy preferences; do not distribute or publish private photographs or contact details obtained through our service.

4. Membership Plans & Payment Terms

Tulsimeershadi offers curated subscription packages. All fees paid for membership tiers are non-refundable except where explicitly stated under our Cancellation Policy. Memberships are non-transferable.

5. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

While we conduct rigorous screening and verification, members are strongly advised to exercise due diligence, conduct independent family background checks, and verify prospective partner credentials before formalizing matrimonial commitments. Tulsimeershadi is not responsible for any personal disputes or misrepresentations made by members outside our verified parameters.
